The Forest Park Carousel Amusement Village is a fun, family-friendly environment. Maintaining the safety of our guests and the integrity of our park is our top priority. Please review our park policies below.
The Forest Park Carousel Amusement Village reserves the right to inspect all packages, purses, backpacks, and fanny packs that are on its premises. Sharp objects, weapons, and illegal contraband are not permitted into the park. Please leave any unnecessary articles outside of park premises.
The Forest Park Carousel Amusement Village may close its attractions temporarily during electrical storms, heavy rains, or high winds. Rides will reopen when safe operations can be assured. There are no refunds for inclement weather. Unused tickets are valid for the duration of the current operating year.
The Forest Park Carousel Amusement Village is a family-friendly environment and expects guests to behave appropriately. Unruly, disruptive, or offensive behavior is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated. Violating our park policies may be cause for ejection from the park without refund and ejected guests will not be allowed to return. The Forest Park Carousel Amusement Village expects all guests to behave in a family-friendly manner. Please walk at all times inside the park. Do not sit or stand on fences or railings. Line-jumping, profanity and unruly behavior are offensive to park guests and may be cause for ejection without refund. Guests are not permitted to save places in line, bypass others in line, or exit a line and return to the same place for any reason. Guests exiting a line must go to the back of the line if they decide to return.
In keeping with its family-friendly atmosphere, and for health and safety reasons, the Forest Park Carousel Amusement Village strictly enforces a dress code. Proper attire must be worn at all times, including shirts and appropriate footwear. Clothing with rude, vulgar, or offensive language or graphics are not permitted, and shirts cannot be turned inside-out as a solution. Bikini / Bathing Suit tops must be covered up while in the park. Sheer, mesh, and see-through clothing cannot be used as a cover-up over bathing suits. Ride admission may be denied if clothing is deemed to be inappropriate. Shirt, shoes, and a bottom (shorts, pants, skirt, etc) must be worn at all times in the park.
Guests using profanity or abusive language, symbols or gestures may be ejected from the park without refund.
Guests are required to comply with all local, state, and federal laws, as well as individual attraction policies, rules and instructions posted or otherwise listed.
The Forest Park Carousel Amusement Village is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Alcoholic beverages or coolers may not be brought into the park. Excessive consumption of alcohol is cause for ejection from the park without refund. Barbecuing and/or grilling is not permitted anywhere in the park.
In addition to all items previously mentioned, the following items are not permitted at the Forest Park Carousel Amusement Village at any time:
- Magic markers, spray paint and aerosol cans
- Bicycles, skateboards, scooter, rollerblades, roller skates
- Radio playing
- Glass bottles
- Knives
- Fireworks and explosives
- Firearms and ammunition
- Chemical weapons, including mace and pepper spray
- Barbecues or grills
By entering the park, each guest grants the Forest Park Carousel Amusement Village the right to film, videotape, or photograph him/her on park property for any reason without payment or consideration. Guests must have written permission to use photographs and/or videotape of the Forest Park Carousel Amusement Village images for commercial broadcasting, advertising, marketing or publishing in any medium.

Basic First Aid supplies are available at the Carousel Cafe. Guests requiring specific medications (i.e. EpiPen, allergy medications, prescription-based medications) are encouraged to bring everything needed to the park with them, and keep them in an easily accessible place. In the case of an emergency, please alert the nearest park representative.
