GUEST AMENITIES
- Free Parking: Right next to the Forest Park Carousel Amusement Village is a free public parking lot located on Forest Park Dr. Please note that we do not provide private, exclusive parking for clients who have booked an event with us, including birthdays.
- Restrooms: Public restrooms are a short walk from our front entrance (walk out of our front gates and down the hill). Please note that these restrooms are managed and maintained by the New York City Parks Department, and their hours of operation may vary, depending on the season. We do not have public restrooms on our premises.
- Guests with Specific Needs or Disabilities: We want everyone to be able to enjoy the Forest Park Carousel Amusement Village. We offer complimentary rides for legal companions of riders with special needs or disabilities. (This allows a legal companion to accompany a paying guests with special needs or a disability onto the rides.) Please ask a team member at the Carousel Cafe for assistance.
- First Aid: Basic First Aid amenities are available for minor needs. Please see the ticket representative located at the Carousel Cafe for assistance. If a need requires further attention, alert the nearest team member for assistance.
